About the Artist

Jessica R. Willis is a graphic artist working out of Oklahoma. Techniques can range from purely digital work to hand drawn images combined with computer graphics.

She strives to combine the organic feel of hand drawn elements into digital media. She may start with pencil on paper or paint on canvas, and scan the images to collage them together with digital elements to present a finished piece. In the instances that she draws in purely traditional medium, she experiments with crayon or pencil on colored papers.

She has exhibited in group shows throughout Oklahoma. Venues include the Osage Gallery in the Gilcrease Museum of Tulsa, OK, Exhibit One Gallery of Stillwater, OK, The Gardiner Art Gallery of Stillwater, OK, and various local coffee shops. She has been included in juried shows such as the Momentum: Art Doesn't Stand Still in Tulsa and the Oklahoma State University's Annual Juried Student Exhibition at the Gardiner Art Gallery.

Willis received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Art at Oklahoma State University and an Associate in Applied Science in Network Administration from Northern Oklahoma College. She is collaborating with developers to create educational and artistically inspired games.
